What to include for the fastest answer
For account or billing questions, include the email address you signed up with. For a problem with a specific paper, tell us the paper’s name and what you expected versus what happened — a screenshot helps enormously. For feature requests, describe the classroom situation you are trying to handle; real scenarios shape our roadmap more than anything else.
