Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of PaperCreator. They are written to be readable: what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how subscriptions work.
The service
PaperCreator is a web platform for creating and managing exam papers and related academic materials. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you use PaperCreator on behalf of a school or academy, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that institution.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate account information and keep it current. Institutions using teacher accounts are responsible for the users they add to their workspace.
Subscriptions and payment
Access to paper creation and related features requires an active subscription plan. Plans are sold for fixed durations at the prices shown on the pricing page. Payment is due at the start of the plan period, and plans are non-transferable between accounts.
If your plan expires, access to plan features pauses but your saved content is preserved; renewing restores access. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires, but if something has gone wrong on our side, contact support — we resolve genuine issues fairly.
Your content
Papers, templates, schemes, plans, and other materials you create remain yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content so the service can operate. You are responsible for ensuring the content you upload or create does not infringe others’ rights.
Acceptable use
Use PaperCreator for its intended purpose: creating and managing legitimate academic materials. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users’ accounts or data, resell access without an agreement with us, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, and where practical we will warn before suspending.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep PaperCreator available and reliable, but as with any online service we cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We improve the platform continuously; where a change materially affects how your existing papers behave, we will flag it clearly in the app.
Liability
PaperCreator is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan period. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms and contact
If we change these terms materially, we will announce the change in the app before it takes effect; continued use after that constitutes acceptance. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@papercreator.com.
