This policy explains what information PaperCreator collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We collect only what the service needs to work, and we do not sell personal data.
Information we collect
Account information: when you sign up we collect the details you provide, such as your name, contact information, and institution details, to create and manage your account.
Content you create: papers, templates, pairing schemes, lesson plans, test series, and related settings are stored so the service can function. This content belongs to you.
Usage and technical information: like most web services, we receive standard technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and improve how it works.
How we use information
We use your information to operate the service — generating papers, saving your work, and managing your subscription; to provide support when you contact us; to secure accounts and prevent abuse; and to understand how the platform is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your papers or teaching materials with other users or third parties except as needed to operate the service (for example, infrastructure providers that host the platform) or where the law requires.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely and access within our team is limited to what is needed to operate and support the service. Papers and account data are retained while your account is active; if your subscription lapses, your content is preserved so you can resume where you left off after renewing.
No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data we hold, and we review them as the platform evolves.
Your choices
You can review and update your account information from your account settings. You may request a copy of your data or the deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting support at support@papercreator.com. We will act on verified requests within a reasonable time.
Children and student data
PaperCreator accounts are created and operated by educators and institutions, not by students. The papers you create may reference classes and subjects but the platform does not require you to enter students’ personal information.
Changes and contact
