Get unstuck, fast

Answers to the questions our support team hears most, organised by task. If you do not find what you need, phone and email support are one click away — real people who know the product.

Common tasks

  • Creating your first paper

Use quick creation: pick class, subject, and chapters, set question counts per type, and generate. The user guide walks through every field.

  • Swapping a question

Open the generated paper, select the question you want to change, and replace it from the suggestions or the full question picker.

  • Setting up a pairing scheme

Open pairing schemes, add your subject’s chapter rows and quotas, and save. Generation against the scheme follows it automatically.

  • Changing paper design

Apply a template from the gallery — fully, design-only, or layout-only — or adjust fonts, headers, and section layouts directly in the designer.

  • Printing and exporting

Check the live A4 preview, then export to PDF or Word. Dual-side, multi-copy, and separate objective/subjective printing are available at export.

  • Urdu papers

Choose Urdu or dual-medium when creating the paper. Nastaleeq rendering and right-to-left layout are applied automatically.

FAQ

Common questions

My paper’s marks total looks wrong — how do I fix it?

Totals are computed from the questions and choice rules on the paper, so check whether a question count or "attempt any" setting differs from what you intended. Adjusting the structure updates the total instantly.

Can I recover a paper I changed?

Papers are saved in your list, and you can regenerate a fresh version from the same settings at any time. If something looks lost, contact support before recreating work manually.

The preview looks right but I want to change the page break.

Page breaks follow the layout and section design. Adjusting section layouts, question spacing, or splitting objective and subjective sections onto separate pages usually resolves break placement.
